Plan dates may shift due to weather, visibility, tides, currents, marina access, safety concerns, or other operational issues.
Changes and cancellations
The business owner should define the final notice period for plan changes, payment pauses, skipped visits, and cancellation timing before enabling recurring Square billing.
This template assumes any repair work or zinc replacement still requires approval and is billed separately from the recurring maintenance plan unless the final plan terms state otherwise.
